TDG140 do not sends SMS alarms

I have a problem with TDG140 :

PROBLEM : SMS alams are not sended.

NOTE THAT:
1) Voice alarms are sended correctly.
2) SMS alarms are activated properly.
2) When i send a SMS command with my phone to TDG140, it replies to me correctly SENDING ME A SMS! (By example, if i send "RES;12345" in a few seconds i receive "Reset eseguito")
3) A few days ago SMS alams worked fine. I THINK that the problem begans after doing a RES;12345 command.

Can anyone help me?

After that you have sent reset sms, there is problem with commands message? For example with "NUM?"... and the voice alarms are sended or not after a reset? Have you enable the destination number of sms alarm with command "SMS"?

Yes, it works fine. NUM? sends this response to my phone :
Numeri Memorizati Pos1 S +34xxxxxx (xxxxx is my phone number)
Pos2 Pos3 Pos4 Pos5 S Pos 6 S Pos 7 S Pos 8 S
Voice alarms works also fine (if activated).

2) Have you enable the destination number of sms alarm with command "SMS"?
Yes, it is activated. Look results for NUM? in response 1). It appears Pos1S

NOTE THAT : Connecting "Configuradore TDG" when an alarm are activated an looking the log, it appears :
INVIO FRASE 5 AL NUMERO +34xxxx (xxxx represents my phone number)
LEGGIMESS POS 1
ALLARME!! INGRESSO 1 ALTOALLARME!! INGRESSO 1 ALTOALARMA ALTOALARMA BAIXALARMA ALT 1ALLARME!! INGRESSO 1 ALTOALLARME!! INGRESSO 1 ALTOINVIO FRASE 5 AL NUMERO +34xxxx (xxxx represents my phone number)

Today we have used TDG140 but there are no problems about SMS.
We have found a problem with call alarm because the time wait it was very short using a specific italian gsm operator, so we had update the system for solving this problem, but after a reset (RES command) the TDG have sent sms immediatly on a signal input (IN1 or IN2).

If you want to ship us the product for a check, send me a mail to supporto@futurashop.it so i could to give you an RMA number (to write on the package).

Thanks you for your offer, but i will not send the TDG140 for a check. I reprogram it for Voice Calls to avoid the problem.
It is conected a system for supervision and i can not be without supervision for a days.
