HO RECENTEMENTE ACQUISTATO UN DVR CP604 MA NON RIESCO AD ATTIVARE LA FUNZIONE "MOTION". IL MENU' DEL DVR MI PRESENTA LA POSSIBILITA' DI SCELTA MA NON SALVA LA CONFIGURAZIONE. IL MENU SUL PC ACCETTA LA SPUNTA SULL'OPZIONE MOTION MA IL DVR REGISTRA NORMALMENTE SENZA SEGNALARE LE REGISTRAZIONI "ALERT". HO PROVATO A RIPRISTINARE LA CONFIGURAZIONE INIZIALE PIU' VOLTE SENZA OTTENERE RISULTATI.
QUALCUNO HA DEI SUGGERIMENTI DA DARMI? GRAZIE

Buongiorno, per il motion deve accedere all'apposita sezione, quindi scegliere il canale desiderato e spuntare "Enable" per abilitarla. Se ha fatto il ripristino di fabbrica non dovrà fare altro in quanto risulterà già abilitata tutta l'area ripresa per la telecamera scelta. Eventualmente attivi anche il buzzer, in questo modo verrà avvisato ad ogni rilevamento. Se la registrazione avviene normalmente significa che ha attivato la registrazione manuale invece di quella ad evento motion, pertanto se lo scopo è registrare con motion, deve disattivare la registrazione manuale su tutti i canali dal menu Rec Setup e attivare quella ad evento.
